A few useful answers.
Does the trial become a paid subscription automatically?
No. The 14-day trial does not collect a payment method or schedule an automatic charge. Choose a plan and complete Stripe Checkout when you decide to subscribe.
Do I need the Growth plan?
Solo includes all current workspace features. The Growth option is $79 USD/month and currently provides the same owner workspace. It does not add staff accounts, extra permissions or a separate feature entitlement. Choose Solo for the same current functionality.
Can I use Canadian dollars?
Your business can issue documents in USD or CAD. Set your workspace currency before creating documents. DetailSprout subscriptions are priced in USD; your payment provider may apply currency conversion.
Will reminders send automatically from my Gmail account?
You review and choose each reminder send. App email uses the configured sender with your reply address, or you can open a draft in your own email app. Connecting a personal Gmail or Outlook mailbox and automatic reminder schedules are not available.
How do I manage a subscription?
Open Payments & plan in your workspace, then Manage billing to review your subscription in Stripe. Checkout and the billing portal show the terms that apply to your account.
