BUSINESS TOOLS, CONNECTED

Let customers request a time. Keep control of your calendar.

Publish a link with your active services and available times. Customers submit a request, and you decide whether to accept it before it becomes a scheduled appointment.

Give each service enough detail

Save a name, description, price and duration for each bookable service. Explain the result the customer can expect and what you need from them before the appointment.

Set a service inactive when you are no longer offering it. Keeping the public list focused makes it easier for a customer to choose the right request.

Set hours in your business timezone

Choose the days you work and your opening and closing hours. Available times take the service duration and existing scheduled work into account.

The current booking window uses a two-hour lead time and allows requests up to 90 days ahead. Check your timezone during business setup, especially when your customers or computer are in a different location.

Review requests before making a commitment

A request includes the selected service, proposed time, contact details and customer notes. Check the location and scope before choosing Accept & schedule or Decline.

Pending requests do not reserve a slot. Acceptance creates the appointment, and you contact the customer to confirm the arrangement. That review step is useful when you need to check travel, materials or whether the service fits the request.

Handle deposits as a separate step

If a service has a deposit percentage, an accepted request can create an unpaid draft deposit invoice. Review and issue that invoice separately.

A booking request does not send an automatic confirmation or collect money. Complete your business's Stripe onboarding before offering a card payment link, and confirm payment before treating the deposit as received.

A home service appointment, from link to calendar

  1. Create a two-hour service with a clear description and price.
  2. Set your working days and hours, then open the booking preview as a customer would.
  3. Share your booking link on your website or with an existing customer.
  4. Review the customer's time, address and notes. Accept a suitable request or contact them about another time.
  5. Confirm the details directly and issue any required deposit invoice.

A few useful answers

Does a request immediately reserve an appointment?

No. A request stays pending until you review it. Accepting it creates the scheduled appointment. Pending requests do not block other customers from requesting the same time.

Will customers receive an automatic confirmation?

No. You contact the customer after accepting or declining a request. Review the request details and confirm the arrangement directly.

Can I use a booking link without taking online payments?

Yes. Booking requests and payment collection are separate. You can review requests and arrange payment with your customer. Stripe onboarding is required when you want to create card payment links.
